Just three blocks to the boardwalk and ocean, this 1759 sqft. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome Duplex on a corner lot is the slice of paradise that you were looking for. It features a one-car garage and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. From there you can head on up to the combined living and dining room that leads into a lovely spacious open kitchen. Off of the kitchen, you will find a spacious covered deck to spend those tranquil beach evenings. On this floor, you will also find the laundry room and access to the primary bedroom! This town home is close to all of the fun Carolina Beach action. We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
