Please note: These are two separate apartments in the same building. With a prime location, you'll have easy access to dining, entertainment, sports venues, cultural attractions, and business districts. Walk to Bankers Life Arena, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail. Enjoy nearby restaurants, museums, parks, and the lively city atmosphere. Residences at CityWay puts the best of Indianapolis right at your doorstep. • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. • Outdoor Pool: Open Memorial Day–Labor Day. 10am-9pm Pool Guidelines: No Glass Containers – Ever. Glass is not allowed anywhere near the pool deck or in the pool. It’s a big safety risk — and if glass is found, we have to drain the pool. Let’s avoid that! Music is Welcome—Just Keep it Friendly. Love a good summer playlist? So do we! Just make sure your volume doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibes of the community. If it’s too loud, you’ll be asked to turn it down or head out. Pets Love Summer, Too—But Not at the Pool. We know your pets are family, but they’ll need to sit this one out. No animals are allowed in or around the pool area. Guests: One Per Leaseholder. Planning to bring a buddy? Awesome — just keep it to one guest per leaseholder. Snack Breaks Away From the Pool. Please enjoy meals and snacks away from the pool area; one of the nearby courtyards is a great option! No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the water. Keep an Eye on Capacity. Residents are expected to self-monitor occupancy limits posted on the pool deck. Our staff and Courtesy Officers will also be checking in regularly. And just to make sure it’s crystal clear — no glass. Ever. Really. We mean it. Why It Matters: These rules aren’t just for show—they help keep our pool areas safe, respectful, and fun for everyone. This also helps ensure the pools don’t have random closures, something we’d all like to avoid! We appreciate your cooperation and community spirit in making this a fantastic pool season. ***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
