The bedroom is private unless people are coming and going from the condo. The den has 1 queen and is on the inner side so very quiet Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find it comfortable. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days. We have a new couch not pictured but is the same style just a darker color. Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit.
