The Sandbox has been renovated from top to bottom, providing a mix of luxury and comfort at one of the most unique beaches on the East Coast! Top Level: - King bedroom with ensuite full bath - Full stocked kitchen with 4 counter chairs - Dining area with 10 seats - Living room with smart TV - Deck access with outdoor seating and picnic table - Half bathroom Mid Level: - King bedroom - King bedroom - Bunk room with two pyramid bunks (2 twin beds, 2 full beds) - Twin room with two beds - Full bathroom - Full bathroom - Living area with smart TV - Beach supplies/games closet - Washer/dryer - Deck access to provide beach walkway with seating area near dunes Outside Space: - Outdoor shower - Charcoal grill (guest must provide charcoal/lighter) - Basketball hoop This property provides the unique experience on living on the beach and surrounded by wildlife! Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150. Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
