Leading from the lounge is a covered balcony with a table and chairs, as well as a hanging chair, making it the perfect setting to admire the beautiful views. On the lower level are two double bedrooms, one en-suite with a walk-in shower and one family bathroom with a shower enclosure. Both bedrooms have large windows opening directly onto the terrace, which combines a modern set-up with several sitting areas, sun loungers, and BBQ, from where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. The property is fully airconditioned and includes a safe. The location is just 8 mins walk from Praia Centeanes sandy beach. Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizeable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few nightclubs, boutiques, banks, chemist, local facilities, and fantastic beaches. Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
