One family bathroom with shower enclosure. The location is 3 mins walk from Praia Paraiso sandy beach and 5 mins walk to the town and the town sandy beach. Roadside parking readily available outside the property. Across the quiet road from the property is monte Carvoeiro village, with shop, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is fully Equipped for Baby / Toddlers which includes baby bath, cot, highchair, potty, sink step stall, baby bowl and utensils. The property is fitted with underfloor heating throughout which is available for additional charge throughout the winter months if required. Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
