This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling Wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program. ✹ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. ✹ CLEANING PROTOCOLS: As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us), and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.
