A short walk away, you’ll find the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and Rua das Flores, ideal for shopping and soaking up the city’s vibrant atmosphere. For a memorable end to the day, enjoy dinner in Ribeira, with stunning views of the River Douro and the famous Port wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. The beaches of Foz do Douro are just 7 km away, offering the perfect getaway for a sunny day. Explore the city with ease and discover everything Porto has to offer! The key collection takes place at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a cost limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to enter the property whenever requested for inspection purposes, with monthly visits expected. Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay.
