GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”. EXTRA GUEST FEE For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.
