The apartment offers a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for a restful sleep. The private living room has a sofa bed, ideal for relaxing or accommodating an extra guest. Enjoy the balcony, a pleasant space to unwind and appreciate the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher. The full bathroom offers all the essential amenities for your comfort. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable channels. Ideal for couples, professionals, or a getaway in Porto. Almada Street and its surroundings offer a charming experience in the heart of Porto. Just steps away, you'll find the vibrant Clérigos Tower and the famous Lello Bookstore, ideal for immersing yourself in the city's history and culture. The local gastronomy is a delight, with numerous restaurants and cafes within easy reach, offering everything from traditional dishes to modern options. The Trindade metro station, just 300 meters away, provides easy access to all corners of Porto, making exploring the city even simpler and more enjoyable. Enjoy the unique atmosphere and discover the treasures that Porto has to offer. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be subject to consultation. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of expenses for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required to allow a staff member to enter the property for an inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose. We have a transfer service available that will take you to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon consultation).
