There is a short flight of stairs to access the kitchen. Stairs are required to access the pool from. Our home is located steps from the French Quarter in the historic and culturally vibrant Treme, just blocks from North Rampart Street. This is a safe, friendly, and laid-back area. For those interested in experiencing the gastronomy of the city, some of the best bars, restaurants, and cafes in the country are located in our immediate neighborhood. We are also within walking distance to the African American Museum, St. Augustine Church, Louis Armstrong Park, and other notable sites in NOLA. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience. HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety.
