Staff was responsive to all questions. If you are coming to the Islands and looking for a place to stay, check Parrish's properties first. Parrish is exceptionally attentive. We have stayed at other properties and have had issues with property managers which has started to be a "thing" that you need to look at. We have had places cancel on us which we also hear about. With Parrish you know what you are getting which includes well attended properties with great staff. We will definitely book a Parrish property in the future. Hale Nani is a wonderful place in a fantastic location. The home itself is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is actually outfitted with sharp knives and quality cookware; very refreshing! The beds are comfortable and Parrish provides full-sized shower soaps and shampoo/conditioners. The views of the ocean and sunset cannot be topped! We sat on our patio furniture and watched whales go by and witnessed beautiful sunsets every evening. All the nearby beaches are walkable and wonderful. Even though Hale Nani is very close to all the "action" of Po'ipu, it feels serene and private. Most importantly, the staff at Parrish is incredibly responsive and helpful. The whole exp
