Relax in the inviting living area, complete with a comfortable sofa, a plush chair, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day out in Dubai or enjoying cosy evenings indoors. Centrally positioned between the living and bedroom areas, the dining table for two creates a charming spot for shared meals, morning coffees, or catching up on light work. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes all essential appliances, cookware, and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals with ease throughout your stay. The sleeping area features a cosy queen-size bed with soft linens, offering a peaceful retreat for restful nights and lazy mornings. Just opposite the bed, a spacious wardrobe stores all the essentials for a convenient stay, including a safe for your valuables. The modern bathroom is fitted with a sleek walk-in shower and comes stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. Step out onto your private balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs—a tranquil outdoor corner ideal for morning tea, reading, or unwinding in the evening. - After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
