The open-plan kitchen comes with a large counter and modern appliances, providing everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. The bedroom area includes a plush double bed and a built-in wardrobe with a safe box and prayer mat, making it easy to settle in with all the essentials. The sleek bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and toiletries for added comfort. Guests have access to the building’s shared amenities, including a swimming pool, well-equipped gym, sauna and steam room. A designated parking spot is also provided for convenience. Professionally cleaned before your arrival, this home guarantees a fresh and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
