Designed with easy Dubai living in mind, this third-floor studio offers a polished JVC stay for solo travellers, couples, and business guests. Thoughtfully finished interiors, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a well-equipped setup make it a comfortable base for anything from a quick city break to an extended Dubai stay. - Living Area: Set within the open-plan studio, the living area features a comfortable sofa bed and TV — a relaxed spot to unwind after a day by the pool, catch up on work, or enjoy a quiet evening indoors. Kindly note that the sofa bed will only be prepared if requested in advance. If you plan to use it, kindly let me know ahead of your arrival so I can ensure it's set up for you. - Dining Area: A dining table with two chairs sits beside the kitchen counter, creating an easy space for morning coffee, casual meals, or working from your laptop during the day. - Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes the essentials for a convenient stay, whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out, making light snacks, or enjoying simple meals at home. - Bedroom Area: The sleeping area features a king-size bed and wardrobe, arranged as a restful corner within the studio. Positioned near the balcony doors, it benefits from natural light and adds to the airy feel of the space. - Bathroom: Conveniently located next to the kitchen, the bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for a smooth daily routine. - Balcony: Step out onto your private furnished balcony, complete with a small table and two chairs. Overlooking the swimming pool and kids’ playground, it’s a lovely spot for coffee, evening drinks, or a quiet moment in the Dubai air. Professionally cleaned and carefully prepared before each stay, the studio offers a fresh, welcoming, and well-connected base in the heart of JVC.

- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. - I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. - If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. - Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
