Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or business guests, it provides a calm and refined setting suited to both short and extended stays. • Living & Lounge Area: Between the bedroom and TV zone, you’ll find a stylish seating area with two plush armchairs and a coffee table. This versatile space is ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a casual meal, and opens directly onto the balcony through large glass doors. • Sleeping Area: A serene queen-size bed dressed in fresh linens sits in a cosy, thoughtfully arranged space with a smart TV positioned directly opposite—perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. A built-in wardrobe provides ample storage and includes essentials such as an iron, ironing board, safe, praying mat, and baby high chair. • Kitchen: The fully equipped open-plan hallway kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay—whether preparing a quick breakfast or a simple home-cooked dinner. • Bathroom: A sleek, contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries ensures a refreshing and comfortable daily routine. • Balcony: Step outside to your private balcony, furnished with a bistro-style dining table for two. • After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. • I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom. • If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. • Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. • Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. • Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
