Step inside and discover a beautifully designed space on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift, with an open-plan layout. The stylish living area boasts a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Step out onto the balcony, which overlooks the pool, where you'll find comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The studio also includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxed dinner in the modern dining area for two. The luxury sleeping area with a plush king bed, dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, is also located within the open-plan studio and feated with a flat-screen TV The bathroom is sleek and contemporary, offering a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries, and soft towels for a spa-like experience. For your convenience, the apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space to make you feel at home. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival to ensure your comfort. I truly hope you enjoy your time here!

-After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification. -We provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! -If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price. -Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. - Please don’t lose access card. Replacement fee is 400 AED. - Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED. -Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, we cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
