You'll be just 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort, and only 5 minutes from the local golf course a short 7 minute drive to the Kootenai hospital. For more adventure, 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park, and 35 minutes to Silver Mountain for skiing and snowboarding. Important Details for Your Stay at The Flats: Check-In & Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in (2:00 PM) or late check-out (12:00 PM) are available for $25 each, upon request. Parking: Free on-site parking is available in our lot on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot is full, there's plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood. Pets: We welcome your furry friends! There is a $50 pet fee per stay (dogs only). Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are not allowed inside the unit. Accessibility: The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
