When you walk up to the Craftsman by the Lake you will be greeted by an iconic front porch & step into a beautiful new build home. You can tell every little detail was thought of to enhance your stay & make your time in Coeur d’Alene simple & enjoyable with this spacious & conveniently located home. The home has 4 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 12 guests. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 2 Twin sized trundle beds Living Room: Full Sofa Sleeper LIVING SPACE| There is plenty of room to spread out, relax & enjoy what you love to do in this home. The front entryway has an added seating area overlooking the living room complete with a gorgeous fireplace, a tv mounted above & a comfortable wrap around sectional couch. Whether you are hanging out or enjoying a meal the whole group can spend time together as the dining space is situated between the kitchen & living room. Cooking is made easy in this completely updated kitchen with a gas burning stove top in the island, all small appliances, cookware, utensils, & glassware needed. The large fridge makes it easy for stocking up for your stay & the large island makes grabbing a quick bite to eat simple! Upstairs you will find the game room! Hang out with your whole group with endless entertainment including a foosball table, shuffleboard, a bumper pool/card table & a TV. Bring your game console to use on the big screen TV in the game room. Plus, the space has lots of seating and its very own wet bar! You are guaranteed to make some memories up here when you are not exploring CDA! BEDROOMS| There is a master bedroom complete with King sized bed, a desk for any work that may need to get done, a walk-in closet, and a very large shower with 2 waterfall shower heads. There are two more bedrooms, each equipped with Queen sized beds. The fourth bedroom has two twin trundle beds for a total of 4 twin beds. Additionally, the house has a full size sofa sleeper in the living room! OUTSIDE| Outside you will find a unique craftsman style porch perfect for sitting outside & enjoying your morning cup of coffee! Out back you can enjoy a private patio space at the outdoor dining set with a built in firepit into the table. Included in the home is private parking for 2 cars in the garage as well as 2 street parking spots. LOCATION| The location of this home cannot be beat! You will be a 12-15 min walk to Sanders Beach, within a block of Centennial Trail, walking distance to dining options in restaurant row & within 10 blocks of the downtown tourist district & Tubbs Hill Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll need to submit a valid form of ID through Vacation Rental Authority after booking to receive the access information. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
