This beautifully furnished home includes a private casita, multiple living spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow for enjoying the La Quinta lifestyle year-round. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking. For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages. The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size. Casa Avira offers a spacious single-level layout with four sleeping areas, including a private casita with its own entrance. Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM Take Highway 111 and turn south on Madison Street. Turn left on Airport Boulevard and proceed to the community’s security gate. After entering through the gate, turn left and continue to the home on Village Drive. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access. NO PETS PERMITTED/NO SUB-LEASING PERMITTED
