This cute 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Kanab cottage offers a bright, open layout and is the perfect landing spot for your southern Utah vacation. Centrally located, it's your base for exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon, and all that color county has to offer. Enjoy dark starry skies and red rock views. Plus, your furry companions are welcome and the backyard is fully fenced. We look forward to hosting you soon! More than just a place to stay, this charming cottage is your haven for relaxation. Unwind after exploring national parks in the spacious living room or gather around the fire pit in the private backyard – it's the perfect place to recharge and reconnect. Living Room: Large sectional sofa, Smart TV, games, ceiling fan. Gourmet Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, equipped with a blender, toaster, muffin pans, cookie sheets, pots, pans and a hand mixer. Kitchen island with seating for two, dining table with seating for up to seven. Master Suite with Ensuite Bathroom: King bed, ceiling fan, workstation, walk-in closet, pack & play, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, large vanity with extra counter space, private toilet room. Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 2: Twin bed, twin trundle, closet, ceiling fan. Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combination, vanity, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Laundry Room: Full capacity washer & dryer, access to backyard. Backyard: Fully fenced, desert landscaping, outdoor seating and table, umbrella, gas fire pit. This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pets are <b>NOT</b> allowed to be unattended in the home. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has a playground and plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. The park also includes a walking trail - perfect for going on a stroll with your loved ones and pets! There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
