Please note we live above this apartment in the main house but do not share any spaces with your apartment. Located in a quiet residential area close to I-581, downtown and area hospitals. Potential for noise from upstairs including footsteps and the occasional noise from young children. Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay.
