NOTE: The duplex has two flights of stairs, one outside to access the entrance and another inside to access the bedrooms. The space is open with two bedrooms. All the appliances, mattresses, and other amenities are new and in great condition. The location within Roanoke has been appreciated greatly by previous guests, particularly those staying in the area for work. The neighborhood is on a private road, very close to downtown Roanoke and Carilion Hospital Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay.
