Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. 2. Please sign the liability waiver sent via email to you with your booking confirmation email from us. 3. It is a minimum requirement to have at least 1 x domestic cleaner per 6 guests for a morning each day due to the size of the home. A domestic maid service for your reservation will be charged in addition to your booking and check-out cleaning fee. We will send you the options along with a request for payment after your reservation is confirmed. 4. Important: Our properties are protected by Safeguest.
