If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. 2. Please sign the liability waiver sent via email to you with your booking confirmation email from us. 3. We recommend at least 1 x domestic cleaner per 6 guests for a morning each day due to the size of the home. This can be arranged with your host and charged in addition to your booking and check-out cleaning fee. Message your host and the options along with a request for payment can be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. 4. Important: Our properties are protected by Safeguest.
