The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, under counter oven and induction hob. Two double bedrooms make for a relaxing nights sleep along with a spacious shower room. Located in the kitchen is a comfortable sofa and a flat screen smart TV, along with a lovely little dining table where you can enjoy cosy meals and hearty breakfasts. Another Nook's modern room only service allows you the flexibility to set your own agenda. Just a few minutes walk from St Ives town and beaches, it is the perfect central base. All rooms are kitted out with comfy beds and en -suite bathrooms. You have use of the communal kitchen which is fully equipped as well as the patio and gardens. The property offers superfast and unlimited WiFi. Parking is offered on the premises but it is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be guaranteed for all guests. In a quiet residential area, Another Nook is a mere 15 minute stroll down to the St Ives wharf, boasting beautiful shops and independent cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the busy town, and dawdle back to Another Nook for a quaint evening, taking advantage of the outdoor communal spaces, with a glass of wine to hand. Please be aware that Another Nook is adjacent to residential housing, so we ask that guests are respectful in later hours.
