All 5 bedrooms have a private ensuite full bathroom, most with double vanities, promising space for everyone. On the top level, you are greeted by an open-concept living area with stunning ocean views. Two large dining tables ensure everyone can eat together, while the chef of your group keeps everyone well fed with meals whipped up in the sparkling kitchen. It's fully stocked with everything a cook needs! A bar area rounds out this beautiful living space. Downstairs, the game room provides hours of entertainment, with a kitchenette for quick snacks and drinks during a pool tournament. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
