Smart TV (no cable). Air conditioning, heating and a portable fan. Kitchen White cabinets with a breakfast bar and high stools, hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus colourful cutlery and utensils. Terrace A hanging chair and urban views. In the building Pool (open in summer, December to March), gym, lift and reception. Supermarket, cinema and shops are across the road at the mall, and the cafés of Avenida Ossa are 5 to 10 minutes away. No parking; there are paid car parks nearby.
