Please note this privately owned and managed apartment is on the first floor of a bigger apartment complex. The onsite reception cannot assist with your booking, however they can assist with any card access issues in the event of a failure. Check-in closes strictly at 11pm. Key access is via lockbox on site, with card entry into the building. After this time, the secure building door locks and access to the keysafe will not be possible until the following day. No parties, loud noise or extra guests – this is a quiet, residential building. The apartment is located in a secure, gated complex for your peace of mind. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by lift or stairs. Reverse-cycle AC in the living area and main bedroom. For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you if this is due to occur during your stay. ******************************************************** For a secure stay, guests are required to complete our simple verification process.
