Property Highlights: -Location: Centrally located in Bend, just minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventure. -Private Access: Separate from the main house, the studio has its own private entrance and is accessible via the alley. Please do not attempt to access the bungalow through the main house. -Parking & Storage: Dedicated parking pad and secure bike/storage shed for skis, snowboards, bikes, or other outdoor gear. -Sleeping Space: Features a cozy queen bed and comfortable furnishings, perfect for singles or couples. -Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining in. -Climate Comfort: Heat and air conditioning keep the space cozy in winter and cool in summer. -Bathroom: Clean, updated, and well-appointed full bathroom. -Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer so you can pack light and refresh your clothes as needed.
