The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family to plan meals for your whole group. A grill is available outside for family cookouts, while the pool is sparkling and ready for you to take a dip (pool is open April 1st - November 1st and heat is available by advance request $75/night or $500/week). The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control.
