A BRAND NEW POOL is being installed and will be ready for your 2026 OBX vacation! This lovely home is located ideally close to both the beach and downtown KDH shops, restaurants, and attractions! Start the day with a cup a coffee on the deck while you enjoy views of the water and the fresh salt air. Head to the beach (only a 5 min walk) and soak up the sun on the KDH sand. When you return home, the stocked kitchen is ready and waiting for the chef of your group to whip up a delicious meal for all. Afterwards, you can go downstairs and play a round of pool or pingpong, or hit the town and grab some ice cream and souvenirs! When you're finally ready to go to bed, there are 5 comfortable and cozy bedrooms for you to rest in for the night. Sea A Chance is waiting for you - come enjoy your stay! You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches! Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
