The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva. We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
