Easy & Effortless Booking Booking your stay is seamless with Rosen Vacations. We offer keyless check in using an entry code, arrive at your convenience, settle in, and let the relaxation begin. The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva. We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
