The house is very close to I75 which is the corridor for almost anything you could want or need. Allen Outlets and shopping are a 10 minute drive from the house. There are many grocery options nearby including a Trader Joe’s, WinCo, and Walmart Marketplace. Families can check out the nearby Heard Museum. No smoking, please. This property is kid friendly but please use caution on the decks as there is no railing. I hire a professional spraying company for the yard. The spray dries within 30 minutes and is not harmful to pets or children. However, especially in the Summer, I recommend additional bug spray.
