This expansive 7-bedroom property is the perfect retreat for large families and groups, offering two distinct apartments combined into one unforgettable space. Inside, you'll find: Three separate family rooms for ample relaxation space. Two fully-appointed kitchens with all essential dishware and cookware. Office nook, perfect for remote work or quiet study. Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi throughout the home. Outdoor spaces including a front porch, back deck, and a backyard with a fire pit. Sleeping Arrangements: The home comfortably accommodates large groups with 9 beds, plus an optional luxury queen air mattress and a full-sized sofa bed. Main Level: Three bedrooms: One King bed, one Twin-over-Full bunk bed, one Queen bed One Living room, kitchen and one bathroom Lower Level: One Bedroom: Two Twin XL beds. One family room, one bathroom, laundry room and office nook Second Level: 3 Bedrooms: Two King beds, one Twin XL bed One living room with a convertible sofa bed, one kitchen and one bathroom. This unique setup offers large groups the perfect balance of shared gathering spaces and private living quarters with two separate kitchens and living rooms. Bold, eclectic interior design - The home's distinctive, moody decor and vintage-inspired furnishings provide a memorable, photo-worthy backdrop for your stay. Adjacent to a park and playground - Guests have immediate access to outdoor recreation, including a playground, basketball court, and walking trails, right next to the property.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Please note the following: The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every visit. Our kitchens are stocked with all essential dishware, cookware, and utensils. All bed linens and bath towels are freshly laundered for your arrival. Bathrooms are supplied with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. For your security, exterior security cameras are present on the property. Please remember that the backyard, including the gravel fire pit area, is a shared space with other residents. We are pet friendly, please add any pets to your reservation :)

The Neighborhood

The house is located next to a full playground and basketball court at Twiggs Park. A half mile from downtown Evanston & Northwestern University, One block from a new local brewery and classic car museum. 13 miles to downtown Chicago An 8-minute walk to the Metra Train Station provides quick transit to downtown Chicago.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 7-bedroom property. This includes both apartments, all indoor living areas, the front porch, back deck, and the backyard. You will also have access to the private driveway with convenient parking for up to 6 cars.

House Rules and Terms

*Reserving person must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. *No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. *All events or parties must first be approved. *Pets must be noted on the reservation and additional fees apply. *We love keeping our home pet friendly, but cleaning a full house completely of pet hair is a large chore, so if any is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. * No smoking is allowed in the property. *Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy and being mindful of energy costs. *If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. *If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. *If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. *Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
