This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs, an electric fireplace, and smart TV. Large window offer unobstructed panoramic views of the surrounding red rock vistas and Kanab's iconic K-Hill. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals and the laundry room features full capacity machines (laundry soap provided). The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, private patio access, and a large ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk in shower and double sink vanity. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are each furnished with 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and a dresser. Bedroom 3 also has a smart TV. This house also has a garage that is available for guest use, as well as full RV hookups on the south side of the house (extra fee required if you are in need of the RV hookups) Step out to the back patio where you will be met with unobstructed views of incredible red rock vistas, a full fenced backyard for your furry four-legged family members, a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture, and a propane firepit. This home sits on over 2 acres and is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled at the foot of the canyon. It's the ideal basecamp for exploring Southern Utah! Roaming Red Rock is located in the peaceful Cedar Heights subdivision, near the red rock cliffs and minutes from downtown Kanab. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts.
