Living and dining A sofa with framed prints and a Smart TV — no cable, so bring your own streaming accounts — and a dining table laid by the window. Kitchen Open to the dining table: oven, hob, sink, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, with cookware, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. Balcony Looks over the neighbourhood and the greenery around the building. In the building Lift, a 24-hour front desk, an inner garden, shared terraces with planters, a lounge with armchairs and a bike rack at the entrance. The lit path from the street is step-free, and there is heating throughout. This apartment does not have parking.
