Down the street from Pita Pit (0.5mi), and a College Students favourite; Insomnia cookies (0.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walmart, Academy, Whataburger (0.3mi) and Panda Express (0.4mi) are all right across the street and Sam Houston University (0.8mi) is within walking distance. A local favourite around here Is Potato Shack (1mi). You can have your stuffed potato in more ways than you can Imagine. • Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay. • Please note this is one side of a duplex and there is another suite on the other side. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. •There is plenty of parking space but if you have more than 2 vehicles please park on the street. You'll have access to the entire place. This side has straight access to the backyard. • Although we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
