Welcome to Bearkat Cove! Hideout in this cozy Huntsville Getaway! Surrounded by trees with its own private backyard including a fire-pit and BBQ, and private parking. You'll have everything you need while staying in Huntsville! This location is close to everything you'd need in town, and distance within Sam Houston University! Kitchen: -Oven and Range -Microwave -Cutlery -Kettle and Keurig -Toaster Bedroom 1 - Queen Mattress - Queen Floor Mattress -Huge Closet Bedroom 2 -Double Mattress -Has it's own entrance. Living Room - Flatscreen TV -Amazon Prime -Netflix -Futon for sleeping Outside: -BBQ -Firepit NOTE: these are shared with the bnb on the other side of the duplex. Nestled in-between the I-45 (for quick access) and Sam Houston Avenue lies this cozy house, big enough for 6. Down the street from Pita Pit (0.5mi), and a College Students favourite; Insomnia cookies (0.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walmart, Academy, Whataburger (0.3mi) and Panda Express (0.4mi) are all right across the street and Sam Houston University (0.8mi) is within walking distance. A local favourite around here Is Potato Shack (1mi). You can have your stuffed potato in more ways than you can Imagine. • Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay. • The BBQ and Firepit are shared with the bnb on the other side of the duplex. • Please note this is one side of a duplex and there is another suite on the other side. There is plenty of parking space but if you have more than 2 vehicles please park on the street. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. • Although we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company. We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: 1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. 2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay. These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
