While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.). No vicious breeds are permitted. A $50 + tax pet fee applies. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. EXTRAS Extra Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 + tax per amenity. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
