The property’s central location makes it convenient to explore local attractions like the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Broadmoor, and Pikes Peak. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you! 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. ⚠️ Downtown Location: Since we are so close and walking distance to downtown, there are occasionally transients nearby. Our home is safe, fully-fenced, and we've never had any issues with trespassing. However, if you are from the suburbs and used to never seeing those in need, our home might not be the best fit for you. Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area. 🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening. ✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down.
