Upon entering each unit, you will find a living room with a flat screen smart TV, a comfortable couch, a dining table that seats 6 and a fully stocked kitchen, as well as a half bathroom for your convenience. Just off the dining area of each unit is a patio that offers a propane BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub. After a full day or exploring all that Southern Utah's color country has to offer, relax and take a soak in the hot tub while you stargaze or simply enjoy those southern Utah summer nights. Unit 1: Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a jack-and-jill style bathroom which allows access from Bedroom 1, or from the hallway. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable King sized bed with plush bedding, the perfect place to get a good night's rest. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed as well as a twin bed and a closet. Both bedrooms are furnished with top of the line mattresses. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Unit 2: Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a jack-and-jill style bathroom which allows access from Bedroom 1, or from the hallway.
