This property does not have air conditioning. There is an additional pet fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $70 +tax for one, $140 + tax for two. If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules. Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
