Located in one of the best areas on the island, Cake by the Ocean is the perfect spot for your next OBX vacation! Just an easy stroll to the shoreline, this two-story condo offers the perfect coastal getaway! The top floor features the main living area, complete with a bright and sunny living room that opens to a private balcony. A pull-out sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for guests. The open concept layout flows into a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dedicated coffee nook. A half bathroom is also located just off the kitchen. The mid-level hosts two spacious queen bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony. On the ground level, you'll find a laundry room and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Just a quick 5-minute walk to the sand, this condo offers the ideal location for your vacation. The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
