Each vehicle must have a parking pass completely filled out and the pass must be visible at all times to avoid being towed. 1 Pass is included in your booking but if you need a 2nd pass you will need to purchase it through our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival, your parking pass(es) will be on the kitchen counter in your unit. Tropical Winds has limited parking, therefore trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates. *CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com.
