Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $20/day for days 1-3, no cost for days 4-7, & $5/day after day 5 (subject to change per HOA). A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. If you have a 3rd vehicle, we can likely let you park it at our office for a fee of $50. ℹ️Upon arrival, guests will pick up arrival package which contains wrist bands from our office, which is about 10 minutes from the complex. ⌚ALL Owners and Guests must wear wristbands at all times while on property. Individuals NOT wearing wristband will be asked to present one.
