Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also includes a full-size futon, perfect for kids. Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a top-floor, walk-up unit with 24 stairs steps required to reach the main entrance. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. The required parking pass will be provided at the gate. • We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. • Portable crib provided. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
