The kitchen is sleek and functional, featuring stainless steel appliances and counter seating for two—perfect for casual breakfasts. This Branson retreat is your serene home base for golf outings, lake adventures, and the entertainment capital’s endless attractions. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and a cable TV. Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a main-level unit with 6 steps required to reach the main door. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • Washer and dryer in home. • Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use. • Portable crib provided. • Long-term stays allowed. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. • This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
