The top level is beautifully open, flowing seamlessly through the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is modern and stocked with everything you need to create meals for the whole group. The counter barstools make it easy for casual chitchat and keeping the chef company, or grabbing a quick snack before a beach day. You can wind down with a movie in the living room at the end of the night, before retiring to one of the three bedrooms on this level; a master king with a private full ensuite bath, or one of two queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath. The lower level features another king bedroom, as well as a bunk room. The full bath ensures convenience for those staying on this floor, and the bonus family room provides another TV for those with differing movie tastes, as well as a 4 player gaming system that offers thousands of games. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available as well. Upstairs there is a screened in porch with a table where you can enjoy the sunrise and coffee in the shade, or move out onto the open deck to really feel the ocean breeze. If you're seeking shade, there is polywood furniture in the outdoor living space under the deck. The private pool is the perfect spot to spend the day if you need a break from the sand, while the hot tub offers total relaxation. Pets are welcome, however, in order to ensure the cleanliness of our property for future guests we will require an additional fee of $150. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
