Bathrooms · Main bathroom with a bathtub. · Second bathroom, also with a bathtub. Hairdryer provided. Living and dining Sofa, Smart TV (no cable) and a dining table for four next to the kitchen. Wi-Fi throughout, and an electric heater for the colder months. Kitchen Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus a chopping board, cutlery, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace Chairs and a small table for a coffee outside. In the building Rooftop pool (summer only, December to March), gym, a shared terrace and a residents' lounge. Lift and front desk. This unit has no parking; there is a paid car park nearby on Avenida Santa Rosa.
